After careful consideration, the Amarillo SPCA has made the difficult decision to postpone Muttfest, previously slated for May 17th, to a later date this year. Having spent the past months preparing, the organization is sincerely saddened to make this decision. However, and in light of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, this is the best decision to make at this time. The safety and wellbeing of the human and animal participants, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and staff of Muttfest is the top priority to the Amarillo SPCA. Rescheduling the event will enable the organization to provide everyone who makes Muttfest the fun and impactful event it is, the best experience that they expect and deserve in a safe environment.
We want to sincerely thank all of our Muttfest family for their support. The organization is working to finalize the details on the new date and more, and will share updates about plans via email and phone to sponsors, vendors, our social media pages, etc., as soon as possible. All sponsorships and vendor registrations will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event.
The Amarillo SPCA thanks everyone so much for their patience and understanding at this time.
